      POSITION INFO:

      The position is responsible for providing support to our VMI partners by managing their NIBCO
      inventory levels and making sure appropriate stocking levels are maintained. This position is
      directly responsible for providing exceptional customer service to NIBCO’s customers.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Respond to customer inquiries relating to all VMI managed material, as well as, product outside
      of program in a timely and concise manner.
      • Review EDI data received from customer daily to determine if VMI orders are needed. Adjust
      inventory zones as changes in needs are determined. Complete quarterly zone reviews on all accounts
      as needed.
      • Gather, assess, and distribute pertinent information to bring about problem resolution.
      • Work closely with the Demand Planning team, Sales, and VMI partners to ensure service levels are
      maintained.
      • Maintain CMI and VMI master data records.

      EXPERIENCE:

      NIBCO Customer Service Representative experience required. Familiarity with inventory management is
      desired.

      EDUCATION:

      High school diploma required. Four year college degree preferred.

      TRAINING AND SKILLS:

      Candidates must be able to organize and set priorities. Must be able to adapt to constant changes
      and updates involving Customer Service/VMI practices and procedures. Excellent PC skills and
      proficient in Microsoft Excel are required.

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

      Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
      Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
