What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Introduce clients to the vocational rehabilitation program and review eligibility criteria
- Provide vocational counseling and guidance to individuals with disabilities
- Conduct case management and maintain regular contact with clients and service providers
- Manage fiscal resources and authorize payment of services
- Serve as a program liaison for specialized groups (for Intermediate and Senior positions)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a field of study reasonably related to rehabilitation counseling or another field that prepares individuals to work with individuals with disabilities and employers, and two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities (for Entry position)
- Master's degree in a field of study closely related to rehabilitation counseling and one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities (for Intermediate position)
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification (for Senior position)
- Knowledge of Federal and State laws, statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to vocational rehabilitation services
- At least one year of case management experience
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Broad knowledge of physical, mental, and cognitive disabilities
- Familiarity with referral and community resources
- Resourceful and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal skills
