      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and plan the Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program, ensuring a delightful customer experience
      - Collaborate with various teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive successful outcomes
      - Communicate and provide updates on the progress of VoC projects, ensuring timely completion
      - Set milestones, dependencies, and early warnings to ensure project activities are completed within parameters
      - Report to the Director of Customer Experience and work within the Customer Support & Experience Organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in program/project management or similar fields
      - Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business management, computer science, or a relevant field
      - Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate customer needs
      - Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
      - Knowledge and experience with Qualtrics and Pendo

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with User Research, Design Thinking, and Business Processes projects in a SaaS software organization
