      This intern opportunity is available to students registered with the accredited dietetics program at Utah State University (USU) and working to complete the University's Internship program. If you have questions regarding being an intern with Granite Nutrition Services, please contact Amy Pham, Registered Dietitian, at apham1@graniteschools.org or 385-646-6889.

      Note:
      In the work experience section of the application, please list your current and previous employers (minimum of 2). This is necessary for the reference check required by Utah statute for school volunteers. Please list any related volunteer experience on your resume only, if appropriate.

      School Volunteers may have significant unsupervised access to students. This requires School Volunteers to clear a background check prior to serving as a volunteer. Granite School District will cover the cost of this background check for volunteers.
