The Volunteer Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a robust volunteer program within our hospice services. This role is responsible for supervising up to 7 Volunteer Coordinators and maintaining effective oversight of over 400 volunteers. Additionally, the Volunteer Manager will manage the internship program, ensuring that interns gain valuable experience while contributing meaningfully to the hospice program. The Volunteer Manager will ensure that all volunteers and interns are well-prepared, supported, and engaged in roles that align with the goals and mission of our hospice program.Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (eg. Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources) or equivalent experience.

Pay Range
$56,785.43 - $90,856.69Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
