      Overview:

      As the Vice President of Brand and Creative, you will play a pivotal role in defining and amplifying our brand presence in the market. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, an eye for detail, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team of 15-20 associates globally, with associates located in several regions around the world . Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining brand standards, driving brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring that our creative concepts resonate with our target audience.

      What you will do:

      Brand Leadership:

      • Develop and communicate the company's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives .

      • Establish and enforce brand standards across all channels including the website, campaign materials, advertising, sales enablement content, and more, with the goal of ensuring consistency and cohesion in messaging and visuals.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand into various touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.

      Team Leadership:

      • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15-20 creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
      • Set clear goals and expectations, providing guidance to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets.

      • Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify opportunities for professional development, and facilitate ongoing skill enhancement.

      Creative Strategy:

      • Develop and execute compelling creative concepts that resonate with our target audienc e, which includes senior business and IT professionals in the Retail, Manufacturing, and Logistics industries . This will be done in alignment with ov erall marketing and business goals.
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach.

      Content Development:

      • Oversee a content development team responsible for creating engaging and persuasive copy that captivates our prospects.
      • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other teams to gather insights and ensure content aligns with customer needs and pain points.

      • Ensure a clear and consistent naming strategy for our products and solutions.

      Campaign and Event Creative:

      • Work closely with the reven ue marketing team to support the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that leverage creative assets to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
      • Partner with the events team to build amazing experiences for our attendees that excite and inspire them to do more with Blue Yonder.

      What we are looking for :

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, or related field;

      • Proven experience , with ten years in a leadership role within brand management and creative , and/or content .

      • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing global cre ative teams.

      • Strong understanding of supply chain management or related industries is a plus.

      • Experience working in an Enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company is a plus.

      • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

      • Experience with Marketo, Adobe Creative Cloud, Site Core (web), Spout, Canva, Figma and Vimeo preferred .

      The base salary range for this position is $193,198.00 to $250, 802.00 USD

      The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
