What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own pricing and analytics for Consumer deposit products
- Utilize Curinos Analyzer and Optimizer tools for data modeling and analytics
- Develop retention pricing strategies and market intelligence
- Oversee Direct Deposits Pricing Sub-Committee process
- Support pricing and product initiatives with key partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years financial planning & analysis
- 3 years minimum consumer banking experience
- Understanding of Agile methodology and working with Core deposit platforms
- Ability to handle manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with deposit products and/or finance, product management, or marketing analytics
- Familiarity with Curinos Analyzer and Optimizer tools
- Experience using large quantities of data from various sources for decision-making
- Strong oral and written communication skills
