- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth for both Softchoice and our key partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead-to-customer conversion processes.
- Set and attain Market Development Funds (MDF) targets and programs, working together with our Go-to-Market team and industry partners.
- Work with MDF criteria to develop meaningful demand gen campaigns and programs
- Utilize data and analytics to continuously refine demand generation efforts for optimal ROI.
- Take a proactive role in customer acquisition, working towards a goal of increasing the number of new buying accounts (NBAs) year over year.
- Own and execute the creation of an exceptional omnichannel experience.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including email marketing and social media.
- Provide visionary leadership in the eCommerce space, optimizing online sales channels and customer experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop a roadmap that includes ownership of the website, blog, content, social media, ecommerce channels, and related tools.
- Establish the company as a thought leader in the industry, create and implement thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, whitepapers, and industry partnerships.
- Leverage existing resources and partnerships to maximize thought leadership impact without excessive spend.
- Lead the Corporate Events team to coordinate both internal and external events, such as our Annual Kick-Off event and partner / customer events, understanding the importance of live events in an ever increasing digital world.
- Lead the content marketing strategy, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Leverage analytics to optimize marketing tools and design effective customer campaigns.
- Manage content production, distribution, and optimization across various channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive execution.
- Produce outcome-based content to expand the company's AMPC strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years proven experience in leading demand generation, sales execution, and achieving MDF targets.
- Demonstrated ability to establish thought leadership in a cost-effective manner.
- Strong background in content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and innovate in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Vice President, Demand Generation and Digital
As the Vice President of Demand Generation & Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving Softchoice’s revenue and customer acquisition growth by creating and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies. You will lead a team of talented professionals to generate and nurture high-quality leads, attain Market Development Funds (MDF) targets, establish thought leadership, oversee content marketing and operations, and provide leadership in the digital and eCommerce space.
You are a digitally savvy B2B Demand Generation leader who is passionate about elevating Softchoice’s position as the go-to Cloud, Workplace and Security IT solutions partner for both our customers and our vendor community. Delivering a world-class customer omnichannel experience will be top of mind to demonstrate success in this team and the organization.
