What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle general corporate matters, including board and shareholder matters, compliance, and international expansion
- Manage M&A and securities transactions
- Oversee stock administration
- Provide legal advice and support on employment law matters
- Contribute to the success of the company through strategic legal counsel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and in-house
- 5+ years of experience managing a team
- Strong preference for IPO, international, and public company experience
- Must be a member in good standing of at least one State Bar (preferably Colorado)
