      About the department

      The Digital Health Hub aims to deliver innovative digital solutions that enable doctors and empower patients to achieve their desired outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and President of Region China, the Digital Health Hub is responsible for digital strategy, partnerships and digital solutions to support the business in China - Novo Nordisk's second biggest single market globally. As the scale and speed of digital transformation accelerates both in the industry and in Novo Nordisk, we are looking for a bright, motivated, team player to join our team.

      The position
      • Champion Region China digital transformation with the mission of empowering patients, develop/update digital health strategy and lead execution to drive results;
      • Build strong Digital Health Hub via attracting, developing and retaining talents and engage the team to ensure strong capabilities and excellent execution of digital solutions;
      • Create synergy across functions in Region China to strengthen serious chronic disease management via digital solutions and facilitate collaboration with IO/HQ;
      • Explore and develop digital innovation solutions and orchestrate implementation in China to enable go-to-market model transformation;
      • Expand Novo Nordisk leadership in digital health and explore digital health solutions with external partnership.

      Qualifications
      • Undergraduate degree required; Relevant graduate level degree preferred, e.g. Digital related background;
      • Fluency in both written & spoken English. Mastering Chinese is a plus;
      • Experience in big data/high tech industry;
      • Pharma, healthcare or related experience is preferred;
      • Minimum 5 years of people management experience;
      • Entrepreneurship, creative meanwhile pragmatic with operational skills;
      • Understand new technology and ability of applying new technology to solutions;
      • Understand China market, healthcare policy and inspire people to innovate;
      • Strong communication and influence skill and ability to get results with people;
      • Able to build partnership with both internal and external partners.
