      Overview:
      This role ensures the strategic development, integration, and support of enterprise-wide applications, including Salesforce and NetSuite. It provides leadership in technology planning, business process design, and system optimization to drive efficiency and growth.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead IT and business system initiatives aligning with company objectives.

      • Develop and execute technology strategies, roadmaps, and partnerships.

      • Oversee the implementation and support of key systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).

      • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.

      • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and system performance.

      • Lead a high-performing team providing 24/7 system support.

      • Drive continuous improvement and ensure security, compliance, and scalability.

      • Utilize Agile/SCRUM methodologies for system development and deployment.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

      • 15+ years of progressive technology experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.

      • Proven success in IT strategy, team development, and business systems execution.

      • Expertise in enterprise applications, system integration, and cloud solutions.

      • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

      Additional Details:

      • Travel up to 25% may be required.
