What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set the direction for the US distribution teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs and service levels
- Develop and improve the Stryker distribution network, physical footprint, and 3PL partnerships
- Manage budget and headcount planning for US distribution operations
- Establish and enforce programs for maintaining company standards and compliance with regulations
- Actively engage with divisional teams to improve service and communicate distribution strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain management or related fields
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational development expertise
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and warehousing
- Experience in working in a multi-national and -cultural environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in multi-shift, automated, and labor-intensive distribution operations
- Knowledge of logistics management, warehousing, fulfillment, and supply chain tools/systems
- Familiarity with medical device standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong business process analysis capability
- Experience in reverse logistics in Medical Device or Healthcare Markets
