- 10+ years relevant experience
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 5+ years experience in digital analysis, metrics, and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong experience with professional services and measurement/insights delivery
- Experience with rapid scaling of teams
- Ability to work with and influence senior leadership
- Commercial mindset and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in industry trends and syndicated data sources
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistics
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Description
The Vice President Insights, Analytics & Data Strategy leads the organization in providing world-class service for our clients, enhance sales effectiveness, and supports the new platform business. They are responsible for operational and data automation strategy, client-facing analytics projects, and developing new capabilities across Vericast. They will develop and lead the Insights, Analytics, and Data Strategy teams. Consult in top-to-top client meetings and lead strategy sessions. Collaborate with senior leaders on analytic capabilities and strategies. Evaluate 3rd party data and analytics. Develop and implement data and analytics KPIs aligned with business objectives.

Additional Information
Base Salary: $230,000 - $250,000
Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program.
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
