- Accountable for International same store sales growth and AUV growth across all markets.
- Work with International Leadership Team, RFM's and Regional Marketing managers to analyze and forecast local sales information. Information to include transactions, product mix, LTO's, comparable/total sales and new store performance. Analysis extends to annual global sales planning process.
- Administer International Ad Fund for maximum benefit of individual franchisees and the entire international system.
- Maintain design process for menu boards for all countries in which the brand operates. Design processes include managing third party designers, competitive assessment, menu mix assessment, food photography, profit maximization.
- Create marketing plans for entry into new countries to include competitive assessment, brand positioning, grand opening, consumer research and first year marketing plan.
- Develop annual marketing calendars for each country in conjunction with Franchisees and Regional marketing managers (LTO's, local store marketing, media planning, promotions, merchandising/POP, and public relations).
- Plan and execute CLTs and local consumer segmentation research as needed
- Maintain relationship with Domestic marketing team to ensure brand consistency and leveraging of domestic programs where applicable.
- Coordinate efforts of International Go To Market Team to ensure new products are being introduced in key markets in a process-oriented manner.
- Approve new four-wall designs using consumer research
- Maximize value of website(s) and social media to generate sales.
- Ensure all marketing communication vehicles create a consistent global brand image for Church’s Texas Chicken.
- Responsible for providing marketing direction and support to brand RFD's and RFM's and international franchisees in the areas of strategic marketing planning, brand building and brand awareness and value proposition.
- Assist with training and providing direction to all Regional Marketing Managers in conjunction with the RFD's.
- Build and execute robust digital marketing plans across multiple markets.
- Work closely with and manage relationships with multiple international (and domestic) marketing agencies across media, digital, creative, and research.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related experience
- Ability to work on simultaneous initiatives.
- 10-15 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Customer Service management, QSR store management or related role
- Experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations in Asia, Africa, Europe and The Middle East preferred.
- 7 + years of prior management experience with cross-functional teams
- Previously managed multiple projects at a time, demonstrating an ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines quickly and effectively.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities and projects will change at a moment’s notice; problem solver.
- Must have a focused and constructive approach to new ideas and campaigns.
- Ability to travel 35% Internationally.

Design, coordinate and direct all International Marketing strategies and initiatives for the development and growth of Church’s Texas Chicken and Texas Chicken outside the U.S., specifically, Canada, Asia, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East / North Africa. Serve as a catalyst for growth with responsibility for developing and implementing marketing programs that will accelerate business growth, enable new sales, and grow market positioning through increased focus on consumer marketing leadership, while continuously exploring innovative and compelling market positioning that will competitively differentiate and increase new sales and customer retention.
