What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct independent review of loan underwriting practices and credit administration procedures
- Evaluate loan structures and financial information to identify credit quality problems
- Build and maintain relationships with Commercial Relationship Officers
- Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in Loan Review and recommend/implement changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Thorough knowledge of commercial lending, including C & I and CRE lending
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Minimum five to seven years' experience in a related role
- Familiarity with GAAP and FASB guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Risk Management Association's CRC or BAI Loan Review Certification
- Formal bank credit training
