      Fabletics is looking for a Vice President of Marketing.

      How Do You Fit In?

      The Vice President of Marketing for Fabletics reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, Fabletics and will set and lead all marketing efforts – ranging from marketing strategy and brand storytelling to the online and retail shopping experiences and customer contact strategy. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and highly collaborative working style.

      They will be an expert in integrated brand marketing, e-commerce, and bringing a strong background in building and driving the strategy, leading a high performing team in a fashion & activewear, ecommerce marketing organization with a fast paced, high growth environment.

      A key aspect of this leadership role will be effectively leading, partnering with and guiding both internal teams and external business partners who need to be aligned and bought into the brand’s strategic direction and creative marketing execution. They will be an inspirational, hands-on leader who prioritizes mentoring teams and establishing an empowering, engaging team culture, bringing a strong track record building successful careers and businesses. The best candidate will bring strong business acumen mixed with a diplomatic approach that keeps both internal and external partners in sync, bought in, and effectively driving the business forward together.

      The right candidate will be a strong brand marketer and creative storyteller, with experience developing and executing impactful integrated campaigns that drive both brand awareness and direct customer response. Leading with consumer centric thinking and innovative brand building, this individual will be an expert in the digital space, and bring strength in team management, team development, cross functional collaboration, creative and strategic thinking, process development and execution.

      Day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic partnership with Design, Merchandising, Planning and Production teams, and well-coordinated marketing leadership across all functions ranging from E-commerce, Retail and CRM to Acquisition and Partnerships.

      What You Will Do:

      • Drive brand marketing strategy for our key businesses of focus; women’s, men’s and scrubs businesses along with key collaborator partner.
      • Lead and mentor the marketing team; create a productive and efficient organizational structure; hire, grow and develop a healthy, collaborative, and engaged team, including dedicated and non-dedicated roles; scale the team as the business grows.
      • Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure clarity and alignment around brand direction, key strategic decisions and business performance.
      • Seamlessly interact with third party business partners, driving all marketing approvals efficiently and within deadline.
      • Set high level marketing strategy and roadmap, get leadership buy-in, and drive execution.
      • Monitor all key business KPIs, ranging from selling channel (ecommerce, retail) and CRM data, to social media channels and more; develop and execute recommendations to optimize performance.
      • Lead the development and launch of the Brand Book and Brand Style Guide, including the brand DNA, brand voice, logo/trim, packaging, brand fonts, color palette, and more.
        • Develop and execute impactful campaigns that reflect our unique brand DNA, resonate with new and existing customers and beat growth expectations.
        • Serve as a key partner to the Product (website) team to inform development, launch and future optimization of dedicated brand website as well as shop-in-shop experience on Fabletics.com.
        • Coordinate and optimize cross functional marketing alignment processes across entire organization.
        • Collaborate closely with Product Creation team (Design, Merch, Planning, Production) to ensure alignment between final assortment, deepest buys and marketing strategy.
        • Partner closely with the Fabletics’ Marketing Leadership team to create strategically coordinated campaigns.
        • Drive marketing strategy across all channels & functions, ensure alignment, manage team of direct and indirect reports and drive execution.
        • Serve as primary partner to the brand’s Creative Director and creative team; influence creative strategy and execution to support marketing stories.
        • As business scales beyond North America, drive global alignment and execution to ensure coordinated launches and maximum brand and business impact worldwide.
        • Support the brand’s growth marketing efforts by developing marketing strategies and campaigns that support acquisition business targets and efficient CAC goals; partner closely with Growth marketing team to drive strategically coordinated launches leveraging impactful brand content and storytelling.
        • Develop and execute innovative brand, ecommerce, site merchandising, retail marketing, CRM and social media strategies that align with brand and business goals and priorities.
        • Develop strategic direction and oversee production of all marketing materials, such as mass email, site marketing, window signage, interior graphics and visuals, store & product packaging, and more.
        • Dive into analysis of customer insights and product reviews to improve customer experience, customer understanding, strengthen customer acquisition and retention efforts, enhance targeted marketing campaigns, and drive key business strategies.

      What You Can Bring :

      • Minimum 15 years of marketing experience with strength in creating and driving impactful marketing strategies, effective ecommerce experiences, beloved brands, and highly productive teams.
      • A highly collaborative team leader with a proven track record in effectively leading, managing, mentoring, motivating and inspiring others.
      • Proven success developing and implementing new, innovative ideas.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with journalism or other strong writing background preferred.
      • Forward-thinking with a balance of analytical and creative thinking.
      • Strong knowledge in all aspects of digital and social media.
      • Ability to set up efficient and effective processes and manage and meet deadlines.
      • Experience managing small and large teams, and multi-million-dollar budgets.
      • A customer-centric, analytical and ROI based approach to all decision making.

      The annual base salary range for this position is from $175,300-$242,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
