      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the Corporate Support Teams and mentor department staff
      - Collaborate with Corporate Support Managers to assess and meet branch needs
      - Ensure adherence to the new branch onboarding process and resolve branch complaints
      - Develop and recommend operational systems and procedures for mortgage lending functions
      - Monitor production and compliance reports to enhance workflow efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Processing, or Underwriting
      - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience
      - Familiarity with FNMA, FHA, GNMA, and VA housing loans
      - Proficiency in processing, closing, and funding loans according to guidelines
      - Advanced analytical, communication, and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Encompass LOS system
      - Strong prioritization and time management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
