What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and set up retail, back of house, and gear/rental spaces
- Source and manage partnerships with key consultants and suppliers
- Track key performance indicators and take necessary actions to increase sales and profitability
- Train property leadership teams on retail and gear/rental programming
- Implement gear/equipment rental program and manage inventory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 8+ years experience in retail or F&B industry
- 3+ years experience in multi-property management
- Strong vendor relationships within the outdoor industry
- Ability to budget, forecast, and evaluate critically

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Google Suite products
- Experience with Cloud Based Applications
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and negotiating skills
- Ability to multitask and advance multiple priorities
