      • Corporate Witness Preparation: Source and prepare corporate witnesses to support litigation strategy and minimize company exposure.

      • Client Growth & Retention: Drive business development and client expansion initiatives. Build strategic partnerships that enhance service offerings and increase departmental revenue.

      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations to streamline workflows and support scalable infrastructure.

      • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure department-wide adherence to all applicable laws, carrier expectations, and internal standards. Maintain a strong control environment.

      • Performance Measurement: Champion department KPIs, client SLAs, and compliance metrics. Deliver regular executive reporting on results, trends, and strategic priorities.

      • Training & Development: Design and deliver internal training programs that elevate litigation effectiveness, legal process adherence, and dispute resolution outcomes.

      • Operational Optimization: Continuously refine workflows, technology adoption, and service models to ensure efficiency, speed, and scalability.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or legal background in insurance litigation strongly preferred.

      • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in insurance, claims, legal services, or dispute resolution.

      • Proven track record of managing litigation programs and owning financial outcomes.

      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-growth environment.

      Preferred Qualifications:
