      • Operational Ownership: Lead the Property Claims division with full accountability for performance, operational efficiency, and client service excellence.

      • Organizational Leadership: Direct a cross-functional field operations team including W2 and 1099 adjusters and Field Operations Leads. Works closely with each of the operations managers in the organization to grow their business through consistent claims execution that exceeds client expectations

      • Dispatch & Deployment Strategy: Works closely with dispatch to optimize the utilization of the field workforce

      • W2 & 1099 Performance Oversight: Monitor productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance of W2 and 1099 field teams. Approve budget, monitor usage, and manage performance exceptions (e.g., negative balance reports, bonus triggers).

      • Training & Capability Building: Direct the Field Training function to ensure continuous technical development of adjusters. Support LMS development and collaborate with operational leaders to identify gaps and opportunities to expand capabilities

      • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Director of Quality Assurance to ensure claims meet internal and carrier standards. Leverage QA data to spot trends and inform training and performance management.

      • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to adjusting best practices, licensing requirements, and carrier-specific protocols. Lead risk reduction through documentation, oversight, and timely issue escalation.

      • Technology & Reporting: Champion analytics and reporting for field performance, financial efficiency, and deployment impact. Drive operational transparency using tools like ADP Workforce Now, Radius, and Microsoft Lists.

      • Recruiting & Talent Development: Lead hiring, training, and development of field leadership and adjusting staff. Collaborate with recruiting to build regional talent pipelines.

      • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally with IT, Legal, HR, and Finance to ensure systems and infrastructure support rapid growth and operational complexity.

      • Client Satisfaction: Serve as a client-facing leader during deployment planning, performance reviews, and quality escalations. Build trust and long-term strategic partnerships.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., AIC, CPCU) preferred.

      • 10+ years of experience in property claims operations with increasing leadership responsibility.

      • 5+ years in a senior management or executive role overseeing multi-state field operations.

      • Deep experience managing W2 and 1099 field adjusters, including deployment, productivity, and compliance.

      • Proven success leading CAT operations and building scalable surge models.

      • Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, ADP Workforce Now, Radius, and claims management systems.

      • Strong financial acumen and comfort managing budgets, forecasts, and productivity targets.

      • Exceptional team leadership, performance management, and coaching capabilities.

      • Experience navigating matrixed and fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience leading field operations through rapid growth, acquisition integration, or tech transformation.

      • Demonstrated success improving field KPIs and deploying digital tools for scheduling, productivity, or QA.
