What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement an innovative DEI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee and create DEI initiatives, resources, and content from inception to completion
- Use data to measure and report on the impact of DEI initiatives
- Amplify DEI message internally and externally to attract talent
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive DEI strategies and thought leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressive business management experience
- 3+ years of relevant DEI, talent management, or change management experience
- Passion for DEI and ability to build a culture of belonging
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to address business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in facilitating training sessions on diversity and inclusion
- Experience in issues management and crisis communications
- Experience aligning DEI efforts with talent acquisition
