      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement paid search strategy for designated client portfolio
      - Build and maintain relationships with senior-level agency partners
      - Manage talent, staffing, and resourcing needs within the portfolio
      - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of client accounts and industry trends
      - Develop strong relationships with key client contacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of digital and Paid Search marketing experience
      - Minimum of 5+ years managing a team of employees
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to drive thought leadership and innovation in the industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in complementary media channels such as product listing ads, programmatic, and paid social
      - Ability to navigate and speak to the complexities of the digital media landscape
