      As Vice President of Retail Operations, you will be a key member of our executive team and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our operational activities. You will oversee operations across multiple locations throughout our territory in Maine, New Hampshire, and Northern Vermont, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our mission and goals.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational performance and enhance organizational effectiveness.
      • Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of people-first active collaboration, intentional innovation, and continuous improvement.
      • Oversee all aspects of operations, including but not limited to production, inventory management, revenue growth, e-commerce, and outlet operations
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support our mission and drive revenue growth.
      • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
      • Minimum of eight years of senior management experience in donated goods retail operations or related field.
      • Experience creating a sustainable people-focused culture
      • Proven track record of success in leading and managing multifaceted operations with growth orientation.
      • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue generation.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
