      VP, SaaS Product Management

      Corpay is hiring a Vice President of SaaS Product Management for our groundbreaking, recently launched spend management platform: Corpay Complete (https://www.corpay.com/resources/newsroom/corpay-unveils-end-to-end-spend-management-solution-corpay-complete ). While we prefer a candidate local to the San Mateo, CA area, remote candidates will absolutely be considered. As a key member of the Product team, you will help drive the product strategy for our spend management platform. This is a critical role for an important growth area for Corpay’s business. You will report directly to Senior Vice President of Product Management and regularly collaborate with the Engineering & UX/Design teams.

      How We Work

      As a VP SaaS Product Management you will be expected to work in remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

      • Company-issued equipment + remote access
      • Monthly business allowance

      Responsibilities

      • Create the vision and strategy for key areas of Corpay’s spend management platform
      • Own the product roadmap for several product modules, delivering innovative features and products that please customers, drive new sales, and create new markets
      • Develop a deep understanding of the customer, including through user and prospect interviews, to understand customer problems and behaviors
      • Collaborate with UX and Design teams to craft features and enhance user experience
      • Foster relationships with Product Marketing, Operations, and Sales to develop go-to-market plans and ensure smooth roll-outs of new products and features
      • Measure success of product and features, in terms of revenue earned, sales generated, and/or customers retained
      • Build business cases for new technologies and capabilities that expand platform capabilities and total addressable market
      • Drive a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and risk-taking
      • Continually monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure the product remains relevant and competitive

      Qualifications & Skills

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field required; MBA preferred
      • 5 years of SaaS product management experience, ideally in the B2B space
      • 10 Years of experience in Product Management or related experience
      • Candidate must have a proven track record in B2B payments or with spend management platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities
      • Experience building and growing SaaS products
      • Leadership mentality with a bias for action
      • Obsession with understanding customer problems and workflows
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
      • Proven experience in strategic planning based on business objectives and revenue maxmization
      • Understanding of the payment processes and needs of businesses
      • Possess an analytical nature with the ability to make trade off decisions without perfect data
      • Deep experience with Agile development methodologies
