      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and close a pipeline of large public and pre-IPO companies
      - Cultivate and maintain influential relationships with finance, legal, HR, and stock plan administration executives
      - Generate and execute a strategic, long-term acquisition plan for prospects
      - Collaborate with internal and external business partners to develop comprehensive solutions for equity plan and multi-practice prospects
      - Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and effectiveness of strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of equity compensation sales experience
      - Demonstrable track record of success in equity compensation sales
      - Deep understanding of the equity compensation marketplace, plans, and administration
      - Experience working with C-suite level executives in Fortune 500 companies
      - Willingness to travel (overnight) to markets within and beyond a designated territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or willingness to acquire
      - Series 7 and 63 licenses (can be obtained under condition of employment)
      - Optimistic, enthusiastic, solution and service-oriented attitude
      - High degree of personal integrity and resilience
      - Creative and strategic thinking with effective communication skills
