- Accountable for driving revenue by prospecting for new and working on extensions of short-term agreements identified as national accounts
- Identify, qualify and secure retailers, brand activation, advertising and sponsorships through cold calling, canvassing and attending designated trade shows and conferences
- Seek new and manages existing relationships with key 3rd party agencies, brand marketers and retail partners
- Monitor and evaluate national account goal performance for the property and portfolio. Create compelling client solutions to advertising objectives, articulate the benefits of media in retail locations and close large single or multi property advertising, sponsorship, or promotional programs regularly
- Manage deals through all stages from call-calling, negotiation, unit designs, fully executed agreements, move-in, set-up, proof of performance and sales reporting management
- Clear understanding of merchandising, consumer needs and trends
- Collaborate with corporate leasing teams and local specialty leasing teams to incubate and expand opportunities to achieve revenue goals
- Maintain and update prospect / pipeline report regularly
- Summits and review commission billings to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver timely and accurate financial data
- Assist in the preparation, review and accurate submission of budgets, national account productivity and forecasts
- Review and monitor national accounts’ A/R to ensure adherence to the A/R Policies & Procedures.
- Monitor sales performance of national specialty leasing accounts
- Collaborate with Property Management teams to achieve new business and client satisfaction objectives
- Manages timely internal communication of National Specialty Leasing activities, milestones and resources including SharePoint, OneDrive, digital resource materials and Business Review
- To develop and implement a client service plan for each designated client
- Achieving designated clients’ specialty leasing objectives
- To build relationships so that Jones Lang LaSalle is the partner of choice
- Leads all day-to-day support for the national In-Mall Media program with oversight of all advertising and content approvals and escalation processes
- Works as lead liaison with property Specialty Leasing Managers in support of multi-centre, new business opportunities, Specialty Media and Digital Media coordination
- Provide Specialty Leasing National Account information, as needed, for new business RFPs, client and annual meetings, ICSC events, etc.

- A Bachelor’s’ Degree or commensurate with relevant experiences
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or Sales or Real Estate, preferred
- 3 - 5 years with demonstrated experience with specialty leasin or in a similar role
- Strong preference for candidates with advertising agency experience or experience in retail real estate
- Exceptional people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills to interact with a broad constituency
- Ability to work and learn independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills to meet differing needs of specialty leasing department
- Ability to manage tasks and projects independently and productively, and in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, results-oriented, self-motivated, high energy and ability to work productively without direct supervision
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate financial implications of decisions as well as collaborate with team members on the impact of those decisions
- Understanding of retail real estate in specialty leasing, leasing, ancillary revenue
- Creative and innovative especially in solving problems and/or resolving issues
- Must possess strong closing skills
- Passionate and committed to his or her own personal and professional development as well as that of his or her colleagues
- Ability to learn and use new systems, and to adapt new processes and procedures
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Real Estate License is required within 90-120 days of employment

Estimated compensation for this position is:
115,000.00 – 140,000.00 USDThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
