- Lead the financial analysis of transformational M&A opportunities assessing strategic fit, financial impact, and risk considerations.
- Develop sophisticated financial models, including the Company’s Long-Range Plan, to support scenario planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision making.
- Evaluate the financial impact of various business initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Develop and communicate a compelling financial narrative, primarily through PowerPoint, that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
- Lead financial return analyses, forecasting, and reporting for Corporate Development.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing Strategic Finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial results, identifying trends, opportunities, and risk. Prepare and present financial models and analysis to senior management.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans for all segments of the business.
- Responsible for investment related board, executive, and investor reporting and preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience including in an investment banking or private equity role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions including deal evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning; investment banking or private equity experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving results and implementing process improvements.
- Experience with healthcare reimbursement methodologies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare analytics tools is a plus.

The Vice President, Strategic Finance is a key leadership role of the Company’s finance team. The position leads all financial analysis efforts in support of corporate development and strategic decision making by the Senior Leadership team.
