- Lead a team of 2 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Lead market insights and valuation analysis to determine strategic acquisitions, partnerships, investments and divestures that support MCBC growth strategy
- This role keeps up to date with white space market opportunities and the completive landscape, reviewing and analyzing prospective opportunities (both proactive and reactive): position in market; financial suitability; hypotheses and modeling on contribution to MCBC
- Manage all relationships with outside vendors (Investment Banks, PE Funds, VC Funds, Transaction Advisory teams, Strategic Partners, etc.)
- Lead all pre-transaction diligence efforts, including but not limited to: business planning and modeling, financial analysis, benchmarking, industry analytics, valuation, structuring, negotiations, due diligence
- Develop and lead due diligence processes including ensuring integration and post integration plans are in place with appropriate after action and ROI tracking and evaluations occur
- Effectively communicate business case and valuation recommendations to LT and others, as required
- Lead negotiation for any commercial global partners and partnerships

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
- You have at least 10 years experience in business leadership for a large, global organization
- Excellent financial and commercial planning acumen
- Strategic thought leadership, and credibility to advise leadership team
- Strong ability to connect MCBC strategic positioning with industry landscape to identify opportunities
- Experience negotiating and structuring complex financial transactions and business development
- Experience in financial modeling for strategy planning and developing partnerships

In the role of VP, Strategic Relationships working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Americas Strategy Team. You will be responsible for developing the inorganic growth strategy for and on behalf of Molson Coors Beverage Company. This position reports to our Chief Strategy Officer and works closely with our commercial teams on strategy and business development.
