What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and execute the full lifecycle recruiting strategy for all GTM, Corporate, and Tech functions
- Build and manage a high-performance team of recruiters, recruiting managers, and coordinators
- Instill accountability through recruiting funnel analytics and productivity benchmarks
- Partner with senior leadership on headcount planning and hiring prioritization
- Ensure high standards in interview quality and candidate selection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience leading full-stack recruiting teams of 10+ individuals
- Strong technical acumen with modern recruiting tools and systems
- Mastery of recruiting data and metrics, with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions at the senior leadership level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Covey, and AI-driven sourcing platforms
- Demonstrated ability to scale recruiting functions during rapid growth phases
