- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
- Lead and manage teams of vulnerability and threat management professionals, set team goals, and provide guidance and mentorship.
- Delegate tasks, empower team members, and remove impediments to accomplish the mission and objectives.
- Produce detailed written products, create messaging, present and socialize team programs, represent the Threat Management Center, and promote security at DTCC.
- Manage relationships with vendors, collaborate, and communicate with partners across the organization.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance standards and ability to ensure the organization's adherence.
- Develop key metrics, establish strategic goals, and communicate progress to collaborators, senior leadership, regulators, and auditors.
- Manage vulnerability management projects, including scheduling, resource allocation and reporting.
- Lead and coordinate the response to security incidents related to threats and vulnerabilities.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Threat Management Center, the Director of Vulnerability Management Oversight is a key partner to ensure our security and monitoring controls are providing proper coverage, data quality and effectiveness to improve DTCC's ability to properly identify current cyber threats, monitor and detect changes in our environment.
You will be a close partner with technical teams doing hands on scanning/remediation and also partnering with senior leaders across the firm to ensure that the most up to date metrics and insight is communicated, alongside providing direction when needed.
As a expert on vulnerability management programs, you will drive forward a program of enhancing our controls, communications and key metrics, this will assist with reducing risk across the organization.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
