  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, implement, and maintain software applications using both .NET and .NET Core frameworks
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  - Develop optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts for data manipulation and retrieval
  - Create user interfaces using frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  - Write unit tests and perform integration testing to ensure code correctness and reliability
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  - Proficiency in both .NET and .NET Core development, including strong C# skills
  - Experience with SQL and expertise in working with SQL Server and Oracle databases
  - Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for creating user interfaces
  - Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) for building dynamic web applications
  - Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and services for application deployment
  - Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker)
  - Relevant certifications in .NET development, SQL, or Oracle
