SUMMARY of Duties

The Wait Staff/Server is responsible for serving food in a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude. Perform a variety of duties in and around the dining area for senior living. This position does not accept tips. Wait staff will be crossed trained to assist with dish pit as needed.

Work Experience Qualifications

• 1 year of Wait Staff experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English language
• Punctual reliable attendance
• Ability to work well with others
• ZERO absences the first 90 days
• Must be at least 18 years of age when required by State regulations

Educational Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
