Job Description
provide support for Microsoft Active Directory issues, planning, and design.
Creating new forest, configuration of Domain controllers, Additional Domain controllers and Child Domains.
Configuring all server roles including Active Directory Domain services, DNS server, DHCP server, in-depth knowledge of Group Policy, IIS, File services.
Installing, configuring managing Windows Infrastructure.
Good troubleshooting knowledge in all Windows infrastructure.
Experience in Windows server installation and configuration, upgrade, designing, logical/physical architecture.
Support proactive/reactive monitoring of Wintel & VMWare environment.
Prepare daily/monthly/weekly status report of Infrastructure and various KPIs.
Daily customer interaction and meet the goals as per the scope.
Technical skills:
Operating Systems : Windows (2000,2003, 2008, 2012, 2019), Citrix, VMware 6.5
Networking Protocols : TCP/IP, DHCP
Services : DNS, Active Directory, Terminal Services, ADDS, AD-FSMO, SFTP, MS Clusters, IIS, AD Certificates
Monitoring Tools : Basic understanding of Zabbix or other similar tool.
Antivirus Tools : Crowdstrike
Ticketing Tools : Servicenow
Patching Tools : Ivanti Security controls
Databases : Basic understanding of MSSQLAbout the company
