Summary of Job: NorthStar is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at Walker Baptist Medical Center! 11 Points of Service daily, Post call CRNA is guaranteed post call day off. Compensation: $160,000 - $217,950PTO: 8 weeks
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
