What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and pruning throughout the year
- Conduct grounds maintenance on parking lots, irrigation systems, and surrounding areas
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to ensure clean environments
- Safely operate a combination motor vehicle for the DOT Operator role, traveling to multiple locations as needed
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance, or a related field
- Must enjoy working outdoors in extreme weather conditions and performing physical labor
- Experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Experience with irrigation systems including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- For DOT Operators: Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a landscaping or agricultural role
- Familiarity with various landscaping equipment and tools
- Certification or training in operating heavy machinery
- Experience in customer service or public interaction related to landscaping services
