- Ensure all internal guests are treated in a prompt professional and courteous manner
- Uses creativity to enhance Wardrobe department (i.e. decorating bulletin board, decorating hallway for holidays and creating fun and new ways to service our guests)
- Treats guests with a sense of caring and individuality while effectively identifying their specific needs.
- Informing supervisor of guest needs which may require special accommodations.
- Showing special recognition of frequent guests.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment at all times.
- Consistently welcoming guests, thanking them for their patronage, seeking ways to make them comfortable and expressing your desire to have them return.
- Presenting a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Maintaining constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and informs guests.
- Ensures that all uniforms up to company standards.
- Exchanges clean uniforms for dirty as needed.
- Issues and inspects garment bags.
- Receives uniform from all terminated team members and presents receipt.

- Assist in maintaining all office functions such as filing and recording date for inventory, etc.
- Check in and distribute dry cleaning
- Cooperating and communicating with fellow team members in all departments and always striving for mutual respect and a feeling of camaraderie.

- Accepting direction from supervisor and demonstrating ability to profit from constructive criticism.

- Fill all uniform request from team members in a timely manner
- Inform Manager when supplies are needed in a timely manner
- Inform all team members of the 1 for 1 policy (turn in 1 get 1, turn in 2 get 2, etc.)
- Always show respect for team members ones you work with on a day to day basis.
- Always show respect for team members visiting Wardrobe and ask if there is anything you can do for them before they leave.

- Ability to operate certain identified equipment.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Ability to work under time constraints and prioritize.
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised
