      The Pasadena branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local industrial company to add an Admin/Sales Assistant to their team! Our client has been in business since 1989, and this is a great long-term opportutnity for the right candidate.

      RESPONSIBLITIES:

      • Data entry
      • Utilizing Microsoft Office products & QuickBooks •Answering phones
      • Greet and assist walk in customers and truck drivers
      • Respond to customer inquiries
      • Preparing internet listings for product being sold
      • Follow up and email with current clients
      • Assist in warehouse to inventory items as needed. You will not be at a desk all day in this role.

        REQUIREMENTS:

      • 2+ years of administrative experience
      • Must be tech and computer savvy (Intermediate to expert level)
      • The ideal candidate will have some type of warehouse environment and administrative experience

        SCHEDULE:

      • Mon-Fri

      • 7:30am – 4:00pm

        PAY: $18-$20/hour
