      Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Livingston, supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

      What you’ll do on a typical day:

      · Processing Store Orders on WMS

      · Allocating Picking Equipment at the start and end of shift

      · Investigating Back Picks, actioning Store Markouts as required

      · Goods In - data entry, verification, emailing suppliers and updating Vehicle Inbound Schedule

      · Updating statistics in all roles, producing timely and accurate information and reports as required

      · Any other duties required by the business deemed suitable and necessary

      What you need to succeed at GXO:

      · Previous experience in administrative functions within a fast-paced logistics environment is beneficial

      · Excellent IT skills, including MS apps such as Excel and Outlook

      · Strong ability to analyse data and identify trends, attention to detail is a must

      · Ability to solve problems and resolve queries using own initiative
