What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Logistics Team in daily operations, including staging products and loading/unloading delivery trucks
- Organize and maintain cold and dry storage areas in all warehouses
- Operate a forklift and/or hand truck safely to transport company products
- Inspect all receivables upon delivery and assist with inventory control
- Ensure all products leaving the warehouse are within code and maintain cleanliness in loading areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or packaging facility
- Valid California driver's license and insurability on the employer's automobile insurance policy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to follow directions and have mechanical aptitude for equipment repairs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Forklift certification
- Clean driving record
- Experience with filling, labeling, and crowning equipment
