We are currently hiring for multiple warehouse associates for 1st and 2nd shift at a leading company specializing in beverage packaging in Irwindale, CA.
  
  Job Summary:
  
  We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of beverage packaging materials and products. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, accurately, and safely.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and verify quantities against shipping documents.
  • Properly label and store products in designated areas.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy in order processing and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse to optimize storage and workflow.
  • Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any irregularities to your supervisor.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
  • Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.
  Qualifications
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are desirable.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  Working Conditions:
  
  • Full-time position with standard hours; overtime may be required during peak production periods.
  • Work is performed in a warehouse setting, with exposure to varying temperatures and potential noise.
