- Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and verify quantities against shipping documents.
- Properly label and store products in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy in order processing and timely dispatch of goods.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse to optimize storage and workflow.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Inspect products for quality and report any irregularities to your supervisor.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are desirable.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Full-time position with standard hours; overtime may be required during peak production periods.
- Work is performed in a warehouse setting, with exposure to varying temperatures and potential noise.
- Safety gear and training are provided.

Job Summary:

You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, accurately, and safely.
