      Job Summary

      Weu2019re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team! This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, while also supporting a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both Reach and Counter Balance forklifts, although time spent on the machines will be limited.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Pick, pack, load, offload, sort, and manage inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
      • Receive, verify, unpack, and organize incoming materials, maintaining a well-structured warehouse.
      • Handle waybills and complete all necessary paperwork for shipments and orders.
      • Deliver excellent service to walk-in customers, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
      • Operate warehouse equipment ( Counter Balance & Reach truck) safely and as needed.
      • Maintain accurate inventory records using our locator control system.
      • Support general warehouse duties and occasionally assist office staff.
      • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.

      Please note: This role involves limited time on warehouse equipmentu2014most time will be spent on general warehouse tasks.

      Requirements

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Minimum of 18 months of warehouse experience preferred .
      • Certification in Counter Balance & Reach truck operation required.
      • Strong organizational and communication skills.
      • Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
      • Physically fit to handle regular lifting and warehouse activity.
      • Basic computer skills are a plus.
      • Willingness to work occasional extra hours when needed.
