- Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in HVAC or industrial distribution.
- Forklift certified.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.

- Safely receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment and parts for customer orders with a focus on accuracy and care.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency.
- Properly label and document all outgoing shipments in accordance with shipping procedures.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
- Report any safety hazards, damaged goods, or incidents immediately to supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Warehouse Associate is a key part of our operations team, responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate handling of HVAC equipment and materials. This role supports the flow of inventory through receiving, storage, and shipping while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, organization, and quality.
