- Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
- Willingness to be trained on and operate cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead cranes/hoists, as well as all other tasks in the operation. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment
- Report defects and need for repairs.
- Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers
- Utilize tools for the application of paint and rust preventative
- Perform housekeeping functions as required
- Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time
- Reliability is important, be on time and maintain a good attendance record to safely and efficiently meet the needs of the customer

- Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least six months in previous employment
- Agility: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Base wage is $18.50/hour (paid weekly)
- Night shift premium of $1.50/hour for 2nd and 3rd shift.
- 11% hourly premium for Alternative Work Schedule shifts (1A, 1B, 2A, 2B)
- Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half (some may be mandatory).

Actual shift availability varies week by week and successful candidates will be started as soon as a position becomes available on their requested shift.
Please note that this could mean a sizable waiting period before starting.
5 Day Work Week
First Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm, Monday-Friday
Second Shift: 1:00pm-9:30pm, Monday- Friday
Third Shift: 9:00pm-5:30am, Sunday-Thursday
3 Day Work Week
1A: 3:00am-3:30pm, Monday - Wednesday
1B: 3:00am-3:30pm, Thursday - Saturday
2A: 3:00pm-3:30am, Sunday - Tuesday
2B: 3:00pm-3:30am, Wednesday - Friday

Summary Pay Range:
