Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Special Shift: May 14–16 (Wednesday–Friday), 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Associate I to join our team. This position involves manual loading and unloading of tires in and out of delivery trucks without the use of equipment. You must have steel-toe shoes, be prepared to work in a physically demanding environment, and report on time starting from day one.
Responsibilities: - Manually load and unload delivery trucks (tires up to 50 lbs).
- Prioritize, pick, and stage materials for loading.
- Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers), if licensed.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with periodic counts.
- Organize warehouse stock by product line and ensure sufficient space for overflow.
- Report damaged, outdated stock or supplies; manage returns and discrepancies.
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning loading docks, floors, and bathrooms.
- Assist with administrative duties and end-of-day warehouse closing procedures.
- Maintain safety and compliance in all activities.
Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience: Prior warehouse or general labor experience preferred; must be able to work under general supervision.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Capable of maintaining cooperative relationships with coworkers.

Physical Requirements: Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and climbing.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Moderate noise level in work environment.
Work Environment: Warehouse setting with exposure to outdoor conditions during loading/unloading.
No travel required.
