      Our client in Louisville, KY is looking for a Warehouse Associate.

      Job Duties:

      - Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
      - Safely unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment
      - Transport materials throughout the facility using various handling tools (e.g., forklifts, cranes, conveyors)
      - Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments per customer and carrier specifications
      - Enter shipping and receiving data into the ERP system
      - Organize inventory and maintain accurate storage locations
      - Track inventory levels and report any issues or discrepancies
      - Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
      - Assist with inventory counts and internal audits
      - Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient shipping and receiving
      - Perform other duties as needed



      Job Requirements:

      Job Requirements:

      - Able to read a tape measure to the 1/16' (written test required)
      - Can read and understand blueprints and technical documents
      - Strong math, reading, and communication skills
      - Able to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs consistently
      - Skilled in operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling systems
      - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize
      - Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
      - Professional and responsive when interacting with team members and external contacts
