u00A0Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate is a material handler primarily responsible for manual case picking and orderu00A0fulfillment without using material handling equipment. Activities may include sorting, lumping, kitting,u00A0assembly, case picking, loading and/or unloading. No forklift experience is required.
Position Responsibilities
uF0A7 Primary responsibility is manual order fulfillment which may include case or each picking, kitting,
lumping, value added services, e-commerce order fulfillment, etc.
uF0A7 May pick to AMR (automated mobile robot) devices
uF0A7 Direct supervision required
uF0A7 Perform visual quality checks for correct product, damage, proper quantity, and customer shipping
requirements
uF0A7 Confirm specific customer packaging requirements are met to avoid supplier penalties
uF0A7 Communicate all product defects or missing inventory to management
uF0A7 Follow specific work instructions and pre-established guidelines
uF0A7 Safely and accurately complete daily work assignments in a timely manner
uF0A7 Perform duties in a safe and productive manner
uF0A7 Assist with physical inventories
uF0A7 Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
uF0A7 Ability to push and pull a fully loaded pallet jack or cart greater than 50 pounds
uF0A7 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
uF0A7 Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
uF0A7 Ability to learn warehouse management systems
uF0A7 Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions, take coaching well and communicates respectfully
with others
uF0A7 Ability to adhere to all OSHA safety requirements
uF0A7 Ability to stand 8 to 12 hours per day in a warehouse environment
uF0A7 Follow process to log all product defects or missing inventory
uF0A7 Promote positive teamwork culture to ensure excellent customer service
