- Build supply pallets accurately for outgoing shipments
- Secure pallets using corner boards and shrink wrap
- Organize and count supplies of various sizes and types
- Follow QA processes and safety standard operating procedures
- Clean and maintain work area
- Take direction and complete assigned tasks reliably and on time
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic counting and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
- Attention to detail for QA compliance
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience
- Familiarity with pallet wrapping tools or equipment
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for preparing supply pallets for shipment, including securing loads and ensuring proper organization according to QA and safety standards. The ideal candidate must be able to follow instructions, work efficiently, and handle physical tasks involving lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
