Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves overseeing the process of operating, inventory control, and data entry, ensuring the seamless flow of goods through the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space efficiently.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Check, verify, and fill customer invoices.
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience with computer systems and data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse data systems.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products.

Work Environment

You will work in multiple warehouses, responsible for moving equipment within the manufacturing process. The environment is non-climate controlled yet very clean. The facility is located in Virginia, with shifts from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm, and Friday, 6am to 2pm. Currently transitioning to a straight 40-hour work week with four 10-hour shifts. Enjoy working in a nice manufacturing facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
