Job Description
- Req#: 26604
- Process receipts in ERP for GMP materials.
- Process ERP transactions for storage and issuance of GMP materials to Manufacturing and other department.
- Perform in routine and ad hoc cycle counts.
- Perform receipt, storage, issuance of bulk, intermediates, targets, and MCB.
- Perform Just In Time final drug product orders for clinical/commercial distribution duties per SOP and batch records.
- Perform in shipment pack outs.
- Evaluate, pick, and replenish cleaning and gowning materials daily.
- Troubleshoot receiving material request issues and discrepancies.
- Ad hoc projects, as needed.
- Work is generally performed in warehouse and controlled environment (manufacturing cleanroom and controlled non-classified spaces).
- Must be able to work in controlled environments requiring special gowning. Will be required to follow gowning requirements and wear personal protective equipment over the head, face, hands, feet, and body.
- Must be able to work in cold and wet environments while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (WAV, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Work is generally performed in a cGMP manufacturing facility.
- Subject to extended periods of sitting, walking or standing on concrete flooring.
- Must be physically capable of climbing, kneeling, stooping, lifting and bending.
- Must be able to frequently lift of 16-30 lbs. and occasionally lift 50+ lbs. with assistance.
- Strong communication skills (e.g., clear and concise), both written and verbal and a team player.
- Good decision making with strong judgment through collaboration and consideration of others point-of-view.
- Flexibility to work on any shift required to accommodate the business needs.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of warehouse experience; or
- Associate degree with 2+ years of warehouse experience
- High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of warehouse experience
- $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
