- Process and load orders for shipment.
- Perform receiving, scanning, picking, packing, pallet wrapping, auditing, and shipping merchandise.
- Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging for delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet wrappers, and other necessary equipment as required.
- Conduct routine inventory checks on all ingredients using the FIFO system.
- Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system (DISTRU).
- Assist in preparing ingredients and packaging materials for upcoming production runs.
- Track all inbound and outbound items to ensure inventory accountability.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, pallet areas, and workstations.
- Ensure a clean shipping supply area by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Complete required reports by entering necessary information.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental goals.
- Uphold quality standards set forth by warehouse management.

- Preferred: Knowledge and understanding of California state cannabis laws and regulations.
- Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Preferred: Forklift Certification or experience.
- Required: Clean Driving Record.
- Required: Must be 21 years of age or older.

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work in a stationary position for 75% of the time.

The Warehouse Associate assists in the logistics of inventory, from receiving and processing to storing and shipping, in line with purchase orders and shipping schedules. Key responsibilities include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock, accurately labeling outgoing parcels, and transporting packages between packaging plants, warehouses, and business properties.
